Disposition versions

6. The following persons may be issued a general education teaching diploma:
(1)  the holder of a diploma listed in Schedule I;
(2)  the holder of a teaching licence equivalent to a general education teaching diploma, without conditions, issued in another Canadian province or territory; and
(3)  the holder of a probationary general education teaching permit who has satisfied the supplementary training requirements as provided in subdivision 2 of Division 1 of Chapter 4.

6. The following persons may be issued a general education teaching diploma:
(1)  the holder of a diploma listed in Schedule I;
(2)  the holder of a teaching licence for a level equivalent to preschool education or the elementary or secondary level, without conditions, issued in another Canadian province or territory; and
(3)  the holder of a probationary general education teaching permit who has satisfied the supplementary training requirements as provided in subdivision 2 of Division 1 of Chapter 4.
